Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 10-40 days, for deliveries abroad within 10-40 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Payment via invoice and financing
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavδgen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice and payment in instalments as payment options. Please be aware that Invoice and Part Payment are only available for consumers and that the payment is to be made to Klarna. The use of these payment methods further requires a positive credit assessment.
Invoice
The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here. The online shop charges a fee of 0,00 for invoice purchases.
Part Payment
With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 ) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Data Protection Notice
Klarna reviews and evaluates the data you provided and in case of legitimate interest performs a data exchange with other companies and credit rating agencies. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law as described in Klarnas privacy statement.
Further details on payment
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
